About Us

We provide in-depth insights, analysis and analytics for Pillars One and Two of the OECDs Two-Pillar Solution.

As well as analysis of the OECDs approach to Pillars One and Two we provide jurisdictional level analysis as domestic jurisdictions release draft legislation and ultimately enacted law. Use our Pillar Two Developments Tracker for up-to-date jurisdictional analysis.

Our aim is to make OECDPillars.com a comprehensive resource for the global application of Pillars One and Two with members having access to detailed analysis of jurisdictional implementation including English translations of domestic laws and regulations.

We also provide members-only Modelling Tools and interactive maps to allow for Pillar Two impact assessments to be undertaken.

Our Site Editor, Lee Hadnum, is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, and a former Head of the Bloomberg Tax OECD and Digital Tax Task Force. He has been providing substantive analysis of the proposals since the original OECD Blueprints were issued in 2020.
