Lee is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. As a former Senior Tax Analyst and Head of the OECD and Digital Tax Task Force at Bloomberg Tax. He has been providing substantive analysis of the Two-Pillar Solution since the original OECD Blueprints were issued in 2020.
