The Dutch Finance Minister expects the Inclusive Framework (IF) to reach agreement on Pillar One during the IF meetings on 10-12 July, 2023. Today’s Progress Report on Pillar One  also supports this with the OECD Secretariat planning to release a package of the Multilateral Convention and the Explanatory Statement.

This was included in a draft agenda sent to the Dutch Parliament for the European ECOFIN Council meetings on 13/14 July, 2023. 

Under Article 57 of the EU Minimum Tax Directive, the EU Commission is required to submit a report to the EU Council by 30 June 2023, assessing the situation regarding the implementation of Pillar One.
