Validate an existing GIR XML
Upload a GIR XML file and review XSD errors, OECD validation codes, blockers, warnings and suggested fixes.
The GIR Validator helps Pillar Two teams review GloBE Information Return XML files, identify OECD validation issues, check XML schema validity, and generate GIR XML from supported Excel workbooks.
Account required. Free during beta. Validation results are advisory and should be reviewed before filing.
Use it to review an existing GIR XML file, or to generate GIR XML from a supported workbook before validating the output.
Upload a GIR XML file and review XSD errors, OECD validation codes, blockers, warnings and suggested fixes.
Upload a supported Excel workbook and generate GIR XML for review, validation and download.
Download generated XML, validation reports and status-message outputs where available.
The validator is designed to help teams preparing or reviewing GloBE Information Return files.
Check GIR XML files against the OECD baseline validation logic, including record, summary, safe harbour, ownership, date and calculation-style validation issues.
Generate GIR XML from supported workbook data and validate the generated XML before it is used.
View validation codes, XML paths, sections, severity and suggested remediation steps so issues can be reviewed and resolved.
Where available, run selected country-specific overlay checks alongside the OECD baseline validator.
GIR XML files may contain sensitive tax, entity, ownership and financial information. The beta is designed around account login, organisation workspaces and role-based access.
Files and validation results are associated with an organisation workspace and are visible only to authorised members of that workspace.
GIR API calls are routed through a secure server-side flow. API keys are not exposed in the browser.
Validation results and generated XML are intended to support review. They do not replace professional judgement or filing authority checks.
